Our merchant service department provides:

  • Courteous, toll-free assistance seven days a week
        Mon-Fri: 7AM - 11PM Central Time
        Sat: 8:30AM - 9PM
        Sun: 10AM - 8PM
  • Support training for your staff
  • Technical support service for point-of-sale devices
  • Set-up, implementation and on-going support with the Internet Application Processing System (IAPS) and AGF Direct
  • Assistance with funding and settlement issues

American General Financial Services' Retail Approval Center is open during the hours you do your most business, to make credit approvals fast and easy. Our professional staff is trained to identify opportunities to ensure the highest credit limit is assigned to each applicant.

Through our Retail Approval Center, we also provide:

  • State-of-the-art point-of-sale devices to allow for quick application entry and credit approvals
  • Simple fax-based application credit approval process, using Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) technology for faster credit processing
  • Significant credit lines to each applicant
